The Mompreneurs Society is a community of women growing businesses with purpose and heart. We believe entrepreneurship should empower, not overwhelm — helping women build meaningful careers while raising their families with joy, peace of mind, and economic freedom. Together, we support each other in creating businesses that reflect who we are, what we love, and the kind of world we want our children to grow up in.

My work in intercultural communication and global leadership stems from a deep passion for connecting people, cultures, and ideas. Through teaching, training, and research, I share practical insights that help individuals and organizations bridge cultural gaps, lead with empathy, and connect markets and minds for purposeful, lasting results.

As part of the Latin American Leaders Awards, I contribute to building bridges between people, cultures, and continents, celebrating the vision and achievements of those creating positive impact across Latin America and Europe. My role focuses on recognizing and connecting outstanding projects and leaders who embody collaboration, innovation, and purpose, strengthening the ties that unite both regions through shared values and meaningful initiatives.

Mompreneurs without Borders
Mompreneurs Without Borders is an initiative dedicated to gaining deeper insights into the realities, challenges, and aspirations of entrepreneurial mothers in Austria. By combining research, storytelling, and community engagement, the project seeks to understand what drives and hinders mompreneurs today — from balancing family and business to navigating cultural, social, and economic barriers. The ultimate goal is to create knowledge, awareness, and actionable solutions that empower mothers to build purposeful, sustainable businesses while living fulfilling lives across borders.
